Review of SAFETRA PLC

Safetra was terrible. Unfortunately, they were responsible to ship our belongings from the US to Ethiopia. They repeatedly misinformed us and kept us in the dark regarding when our shipment would arrive. They made us fill out customs paperwork which we shouldn't have been responsible for. They blamed us for causing the delays in the shipment's arrival. Then, contrary to our contract, when our shipment arrived at our house, they said that WE were responsible for hiring the labor to unpack and load everything into the house! Just an incompetent company. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
