Question for RAINBOW PLASTIC & FOAM INDUSTRY PLC

Hello there,
I have recently bought a bonded foam mattress. However, i didn't get the conform i imagined after using it for a while. so, my question is that, is it possible to exchange it with the normal sponge mattress?
