Once a property is rented, we offer the following property management services for both commercial
and residential properties:
Rent Collection
Routine and Emergency Maintenance
Quarterly Property Inspections
Monthly Status and Financial Reports
Homeowners’ Association Management (For community developments and condominiums only)

1. Rental Market Analysis and Advertising
We conduct a rental market analysis and work with the owner to establish the appropriate rental
value for the property. Once the rental price is determined, we will take professional photos of the
property for a marketing campaign. This includes:
o Network advertising
o Print advertising
o Online advertising
2. Property Showing
We work days, evenings and weekend to show properties to prospective tenants without bothering
but while keeping the owner informed.
3. Application and Leasing Agreement Processing
We will vet potential tenants and make recommendations to the owner. When an agreement is
reached on both the tenant and owner side, our expert lawyers will prepare a lease that covers all
eventualities. On the day the new tenants move-in, we conduct a walkthrough with the tenant,
give them the keys and answer any last minute questions.

When tenants vacate the property, we provide the following services:
- Market Analysis
We will conduct a comparative market analysis and give the owner an estimate of an accurate
rental price and make sure the property does not fall below market value.
- Renovation Supervision
We will work with experts to provide an accurate renovation plan including a budget estimate. We
will present the plan and oversee the work to ensure that renovations are done in accordance to
the taste and desires of the owner.
Once the appropriate rental price is established and renovations are complete, we will offer our
full leasing and management services as described above.
In short, we will protect the property owner’s investment by keeping the property attractive and
desirable through meticulous attention to detail in maintenance, passing along economies of scale
and implementing periodic inspections in order to prevent rather than to simply fix problems.
