HONEYMOON TEJ© is an alcoholic beverage inspired by the ancient Abyssinian royals created by fermenting honey with water and some endemic herbs, various fruits, spices gains and hops. The alcoholic content ranges from about 8% ABV to more than 20$.
The defining characteristic of HONEYMOON TEJ© is that the majority of fermentable sugars is from the and the rest is from the fruits. it may still be carbonated, naturally sparkling which we call "HONEYMOON DRY TEJ"

FIYEL TIBS is served in a flaming hot earthenware dish (SHEKLA) with hot coals on the bottom sizzling the crispies meats at the bottom. This dish is made from the Harrar Goatmeat, onion, Ethiopian spiced butter, cardamom and rosemary.

GORED GORED is a beef-meal of a diced chunks of raw medium cooked and sauteed with spiced butter which is served with an "AWAZE/SENAFICH" (Brassica carinata)sauce dip.
KITFO is of a Gurage culture hand ground beef_sushi seasoned with "MITMITA" (spiced red pepper) and sauteed with spiced butter, then served with a variety of "AYIB"(Ethiopian cottage cheese) and minced Ethiopian collard greens.
