Review Need special reform

There is enough water supply pipes from 4 different underground water places. But due to demand of corruption there is a shut down of water in places 3 to 4 days. Especially in the areas of “Karagutu”. I suspected that the members of TPLF (Woyane) still there. Need to reform this part of city administration.
