Review of AYU INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

I spent 8 days in the hotel. I asked them to prepare a receipt as I will have to ask refund from my company. they prepared it with another person's name on it. I told them to use the right name on the receipts but they refused because they did not want to pay tax for the second time. I told them I should not lose my money because of the receptionists fault. guess what they said? "it is not our fault but the receptionist's so we can not help you". so I had to loose more than 200USD. what kind of international hotel does not take responsibility for it's employees mistakes?
