Especially the rotten corruption which became legal & upfront demand id in Adama/Nazareth,especially the land adminstration department sad!I am experiencing difficulties with 09 Kebelle officials delaying my application for a land map,they send messages through people to give them bribes. Many my friends are suffering about the bribery.Can you help please? Thank you.
